Colby and I spent the day at the beach in Montauk. Before we began our session, she treated me to a sweet Yoga class nearby and afterwords we ate delicious burgers.
It was incredible to watch her transform in front of the camera. She has a quiet strength and beauty that was breathtaking. She just received her Teacher's Yoga training and I have no doubt she is an incredible teacher.
